Meet Crissy Kraus
Crissy has a lifelong connection to animals. She started volunteering at her local Humane Society in third grade, and over the years has fostered pets, supported rescues, and cared for a wide range of animals—dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and even axolotls. Caring for animals has always come naturally to her.
Professionally, Crissy spent over 15 years in corporate America working in market research for pharmaceutical companies. But after years of burnout, she decided to step away and return to something that brings her more satisfaction in life—animals!
That shift led to the creation of Kraus Care. This isn’t just a side gig—it’s a serious, professional service grounded in experience, responsibility, and respect for the pets she is trusted to care for. Whether it’s daily check-ins, medication support, senior pet care, or just reliable companionship while you're away, Crissy’s goal is to give both you and your pet peace of mind.
